Return Policy

Hello there! We feel confident you will love your Red Umbrella Designs purchase, but in case you don’t: 

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of an order’s ship date. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process a refund, minus applicable shipping costs, to the payment method used in your original order.

We’re sorry, but the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized items
• Digital Downloads
• Sale or Promotional Items

Red Umbrella Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If the item was damaged during shipping, we will happily send another. Please email a photo of the damaged item(s) to info@redumbrelladesign.com to start the exchange process.
